Compliance related:
- Maintain and execute the company’s compliance program as it relates to online multimedia and financial advisory services business. Meet and work with members of the business units to ensure the successful documentation and completion of the annual compliance review, execution of marketing reviews, and development/updating of business requirements based on state and federal regulation.
- Assist as needed in the execution of audits, complaint reviews, and all other aspects of the compliance function. Specific duties include, but are not limited to: working with in-house counsel and outside counsel to enhance documentation of the business requirements which guide compliance by the business units with applicable laws and regulations (including CAN-SPAM laws, privacy laws, Sarbanes- Oxley, and the Investment Advisors Act of 1940).

Database Administrator
Objective:
Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Oracle database environment.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain proper procedures and guidelines for all aspects of database usage.
